About Us

Legally known as HCECC #505 (Halton Common Element Condominium Corporation #505) we are a freehold complex consisting of 85 units on Westlock, Singleton, Rawlins and Prentice Common in Burlington, Ontario.
We are currently managed by Wilson Blanchard Property Managers out of their Hamilton, Ontario office.
Your Board of Directors consists of three individuals, all unit holders, serving three year terms on a rotating basis.   We do encourage resident participation at any time with our Annual General Meeting being the primary forum conducting condo business and the voting of Board members.
