I have lived here since January of 2007 and feel that our neighbourhood has just gotten better as the years have flown by.  We are surrounded by great amenities, our complex remains attractive and our property values have increased with each passing year.

 

I have been an active Board member for the past eight years and have been fortunate to work with other dedicated volunteers who have been as interested in ensuring that our community remains as attractive and vibrant as it does.  We are entirely responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the roadways, light fixtures, sewers, grass and mailbox kiosks and more so it has been essential to source reliable Contractors to help with maintenance while adhering to our Budgets.  ​
